Pregnancy Move, Stretch and Relax

A Mum's only course, running over 6 weeks, offering a chance to unwind, relax, move, socialise and really connect with your baby.


Each week we practice yoga inspired movements that will encourage baby to get into the optimum position for birth, breath work that you can use in pregnancy and birth, lovely relaxation scripts and the opportunity for social time at the end where you can bring a refreshments and have a chat.


This course is ideal from around 26 weeks pregnant, but can be started earlier if you wish, and can be repeated more than once.
