We know only too well how it feels to bring a little human into the world and to juggle all that comes with that, whilst also trying to find time to support your own recovery. And that’s why we’re here to help.
Our new mum retreat includes:
an hour’s postpartum yoga flow to calm, release and re-energise, ending with a guided meditation;
a practical session on all things core and pelvic floor so you have a better sense of where you’re at and what your body needs;
a baby massage session to ensure that little one feels the benefit too;
a nourishing and delicious lunch; and
time to connect and be with other new Mums from the area in a supportive no-pressure environment.
Who are we?
We are three women who are passionate about and specialised in supporting women through their journeys to becoming Mothers. Kerry, founder of Female Fitness Matters is a pre and postnatal personal trainer, nutrition coach and soft tissue therapist, Charlotte founder of The Birth and Baby Club runs antenatal and hypnobirthing courses and a range of age appropriate baby classes and Abi founder of Yoga Hart is a Registered Yoga Teacher specialising in pre and postnatal yoga.
