My Antenatal course is empowering, giving you all the information you need to birth your way and feel powerful in the process. Being educated, knowing your options and how to ask questions will help you feel like you are playing an active part in your labour and birth, which is key! Pair this with the magic of Hypnobirthing ,and you have a recipe for amazing things!
Over the 6 weeks I will cover:
- Stages of labour
- Signs of labour
- Pain relief
- Movement and breathing techniques
- All types of birth including caesarean sections , inductions, assisted birth and recovery afterwards
- Positive affirmations
- How to create a calm birth space
- Relaxation scripts and how to use them
- Positive touch and partner massage
- Breast and bottle feeding basics
- Newborn care basics
- What to expect after - the 4th trimester
and lots more!
You will receive a goody bag, course handouts and Hypnobirthing scripts in the form of audio files meaning you can practice, relax and have some all important me-time at home.
Please note week 5 is online via Zoom, this is the week we cover breast and bottle feeding.

Pregnancy Move, Stretch and Relax
A 6 weeks Mum's only course, suitable from 16 weeks pregnant
£75 pp (10% discount if you re-book for a second term)
A beautiful and relaxing class for first pregnancies or second plus, and a chance for some real self-care!
We start each class with some gentle yoga-type movement, helping to open our bodies and encouraging baby to move into the optimal position for birth. We then focus on birthing positions, breathing for pregnancy and birth, and a short pregnancy relaxation script full of lovely positive words to help ease you into a state of wonderful relaxation.
There will be a chance for some social time at the end of each class, where we can sit and discuss any questions you may have or any topics you wish to cover.
You will be required to fill out a short medical form prior to starting this course to ensure it is suitable for you.
