Antenatal Classes
Pregnancy Move, Stretch and Relax
A 6 weeks Mum's only course, suitable from 16 weeks pregnant
£50 per 5 week term
A beautiful and relaxing class for first pregnancies or second plus, and a chance for some real self-care!
We start each class with some gentle yoga-type movement, helping to open our bodies and encouraging baby to move into the optimal position for birth. We then focus on birthing positions, breathing for pregnancy and birth, and a short pregnancy relaxation script full of lovely positive words to help ease you into a state of wonderful relaxation.

There will be a chance for some social time at the end of each class, where we can sit and discuss any questions you may have or any topics you wish to cover.

You will be required to fill out a short medical form prior to starting this course to ensure it is suitable for you.

The Ultimate Antenatal and Hypnobirthing Course
Suitable from around 26 weeks of pregnancy
My Antenatal course is empowering, giving you all the information you need to birth your way and feel powerful in the process!
The ultimate in birth education, covering all you need to know about birth, labour, feeding and baby care. The class is delivered in a group setting, and you are encouraged to bring your partner/birth partner along with you too.

I want to make sure Hypnobirthing is accessible for all, so I have included it in my standard Antenatal course. It is such an amazing tool to use in pregnancy and birth as it can help you stay relaxed, calm, and focused and is useful for all births, not just drug-free vaginal births.
​
You will receive weekly course handouts and Hypnobirthing scripts in the form of audio files meaning you can practice, relax and have some all important me-time at home.
